I ordered Lilies for my wife for her birthday. Firstly, they were supposed to be delivered between 9-11am. They arrived only about 1135 after I called the driver to inform him that we were going to leave the house. Next when the flowers did arrive, the quality was pretty much poor. .

Ordered some lavender bouquets as a surprise for a friend as it is difficult to find here. As packages are rather small, decided to order two and asked them to put them together. It's a shame that such a simple and easy request was disregarded from a flower shop.

This is the first time I had this worst experience. The delivery was promised between 7 AM - 5 PM today, however, the delivery was delayed. Regardless of several follow ups with the call center team all in vain. Infact I had requested for an early delivery yet was delayed beyond the scheduled delivery hours.
