Booked the c200 convertible, while on the plane was told there was a problem with the roof and that we'd be upgraded to the E400 same price till they get the other one fixed; we then arrive at the airport I'm told the e400 had another issue and that we'd be given a 2022 Z4 same price until one of either are fixed so that was really nice of them. The car obviously would not fit our luggage and the driver was kind enough to have it dropped off free of charge at our hotel. We had the Z4 for the entirety of our stay.

I've rented the car in this service in July and August for 6 weeks. The car was kindly delivered to me and was taken back without any issues.
