This is one the worst gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is very arrogant and very snobby - they are focused on the aesthetics and not the actual purpose of a gym not enough machines there is a very stuck up atmosphere. They force you to book a class in advance and charge you from your credit card if you don’t cancel 24 hours prior - the worst part is when you book the class it is canceled cause no one attends it.

This gym is AMAZING, in many ways the best gym I’ve trained in. It’s gigantic, it has an endless supply of barbells, loads of platforms and some really funky machines that I’ve hardly seen anywhere else. Their leg press in particular is fantastic.

I highly recommend Sands Fitness/Crossfit Oasis in Motor City, Dubai. I have had the privilege of training at the box now for a bit and it is by far the friendliest one can find in Dubai. Honestly, it feels like home when in reality I haven't been there that long.
