Best massage experience in my life! The place is very nice and elegant.The girl who did the massage was really friendly and highly professional. After the massage they offered to me a good green tea with the delicious dates. I have finished my experience with a 20 minutes in the steam room. Also this area was so chic.

This used to be one of my favorite spas in dubai. Now it’s only living off it’s history and reputation.
We booked for a group of 4 ladies. The booking process was fairly easy. However, as we arrived we were set for disappointments. The place is in need of maintenance.. there is no welcome drinks or slippers as u arrive they just take u to the relaxation n you’re supposed to find the amenities you need.

I enjoyed my services! Did the summer special which was a good value. Massage was excellent except for I wish the masseuse would ask before pulling fingers and toes. My thumb hurt after from it. Hydra facial got so much out and I’m grateful for the quality but I wish practitioner didn’t make judgmental comments on my skin. I’m trying to take care of it and could use more supportive language.

One of the therapists seems like she’s still learning, I didn’t get my full duration it was 15 minutes less, massage quality is poor, zero attention to head and foot area. The relaxation area had rotten green apples. I don’t recommend you waste your time and money

having lived more than 20 years in Dubai, I've visited many Spa's over the course of the years. Jiva Spa has been one of my best experiences so far! recently, I had an issue whereby the Spa had to postpone my appointment (for my mother) due to some technical issues. I had already arrived at the hotel and was not happy with the situation.
