First time I inquired in MedCity I already had a very positive feedback, the receptionist who answered my inquiries was very accomodating, satisfied my inquiries and very kind. During my first visit too, I met Dr. Hina Sheikh and she is very kind as well from their reception to nurse to the Specialist everyone treated me very well and i am really satisfied with their services. I highly recommend MedCity esp. Dr.Hina for future moms out there and currently pregnant mothers.

Absolutely the worst customer services on the phone. I called to make sure I could get my prescription they said yes, only to go to the hospital and they refused to give me my medicine. Went to the emergency and they scheduled an online appointment, but nobody called two days later.
